Mom, Whats for Dinner?

Mmmm I could eat these all week. Cheese filled meatballs! With our spaghetti night I needed to spice it up so this delicious dish is what we had.

Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 3/4c Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1TBSP Garlic Spread
  • 1 Egg
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4c Spaghetti sauce

Ok, here we go...(Remember I cook with a little of this and a little of that)  I like to cut the Mozzarella cheese into small cubes and freeze for about an hour before I start anything.  Pre-heat oven to 375* Make your own spaghetti sauce and set aside on simmer.

In a large bowl take your hamburger and add all the ingredient except the cheese, with more or less for taste and texture. You want the meat to stick together and not be wet/runny.

Make balls about 1 1/2" in size and press your frozen cheese into the center then cover making a ball again.
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Enjoy!
